TMI Correspondent Port Blair, Sept 29: It appears that some youths in these islands are not only consuming various drugs but also engaging in the illegal drug supply business, which has become a cause for concern regarding the future of the youth. A 28-year-old individual who already has two criminal cases under the Extortion Act and IT Act is now facing charges under the NDPS Act. Youths at their age could attempt to crack government job exams, plan for legal online/offline businesses, pursue legal self-employment, or work for reputable agencies or organizations. However, choosing to engage in illegal businesses by any means may destroy the career and future of any individual.
